Description

Wild Rice is processed by a parching method similar to one that Native Americans have employed over the centuries. Heat dries the grain and produces a product with an indefinite shelf life. Wild Rice should be stored in a cool, dry environment. MacDougall’s Wild Rice is extremely nutritious. With half the calories of brown rice, it is an excellent source of protein, fiber, and other essential nutrients.
